Over + Over accepts returns for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to place a return, please first email contact@overandoverkids.com and let us know of your intent to return. All merchandise must be returned unused in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all delivery accommodations and fees associated with the return shipment. Over + Over reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 14 days.



We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.

Business days are Monday to Friday. Delivery is guaranteed in the morning of the next business day for orders placed by 2pm PST.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.


International Shipping

At this time, no International orders are available through our website. If you would like to purchase an item for shipment outside of the US, place contact contact@overandoverkids.com.



We only replace items that are received defective or damaged.  If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at contact@overandoverkids.com.
